This image was created in Australia and is now classified as being in the public domain because its term of copyright has now expired. According to the Australian Copyright Council (ACC), ACC Information Sheet G23 (Duration of copyright) (Feb 2008), generally copyright has expired as follows:In 2015, 70-year copyrights under the AUSFTA start expiring.

means the typographical arrangement and layout of a published work. eg. newsprint.
held means where a government is the copyright holder as well as would have held copyright but reached some other agreement with the creator.
