Patrick Lee "Pat" Garofalo (born 1971) is Minnesota politician and a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives representing District 36B, which includes portions of Dakota and Goodhue counties in the southeastern Twin Cities metropolitan area. A Republican, he is also a network engineer for Allianz Life Insurance of North America. He was the technology coordinator for Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty's first campaign in 2002.

Garofalo was first elected in 2004, and was re-elected in 2006, 2008 and 2010. He is currently a member of the House Finance Committee and Taxes Committee. He also serves on the Finance Subcommittee for the K-12 Education Finance Division, on which he is the ranking minority member, and on the Taxes Subcommittee for the Property and Local Sales Tax Division. He was an Assistant Minority Whip in 2008.

Garofalo graduated from Rosemount High School in Rosemount in 1989, then went on to Mankato State University in Mankato, earning his B.S. in Law Enforcement in 1994. He and his family live in Farmington.
