Rachael Lillis is an actress and voice actress.
Lillis does regular work with the dubbing studio at Right Stuf International, and has also performed in several other animated shows. Lillis has won several voice acting awards for her roles as Utena and as Misty and Jessie from the long-running series Pokémon. She is also well known for the voice of Utena Tenjo in Revolutionary Girl Utena.
