Infantilism may refer to one of the following.
Psychological conditions:
- Diaper fetishism involves a sexual attraction to diapers, exclusive of infancy fantasies.
- Paraphilic infantilism involves a sexual attraction to diapers, and sometimes includes fantasies of a return to infancy. Sometimes referred to as autonepiophilia.
- Psychosexual infantilism, a concept introduced by Freud.
Physiological conditions:
- Adiposogenital dystrophy
