Nandyal is a town in the centre of Andhra Pradesh state of southern India. It has a population of 151,771 (2001 census).

It is part of Kurnool district. Former President of India Neelam Sanjiva Reddy hailed from Nandyal. Former Prime Minister P.V.Narasimha Rao got elected from Nandyal with highest majority of seats in the parliment of India.
