For the scientific journal, see Optics Express.

Optical Express (OE) is Europe’s largest provider of the combination of optical services which includes laser eye correction, contact lenses, and spectacles.

The company was started in Scotland the late 1980s by David Moulsdale who still owns and runs the company today.

In 2004, OE acquired a duo of services previously handled by the Boots Group, including dentistry and LASIK eye surgery. This made the company the third largest dental services business in the United Kingdom. The dental services business trades under the name The Dental Clinic.
