Matthew Wood born (28 November 1979 in Kendal, Cumbria) (stage name Wood) is British Sea Power's drummer. He also helps design most of the artwork for the sleeves.
He is often seen as the quietest member of the band (rarely taking part in interviews), and when seen playing bass on "No Red Indian" it is also evident he is the tallest member of the band.
