Meow (born on 20 December 1989, Taipei, Taiwan) is a college student and the owner of Chita. She is good at designing simple but pioneer websites, playing World of Warcraft, creating articles on Chinese Misplaced Pages, using Internet skills, and swimming. She loves playing herself.
She tried to have a collaboration of Sealand's Internet services with the goverment of the Principality of Sealand before. Although it was not successful, what she has done is actually a millstone to the foreign relations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Furry characters
Meow has two characters, Meow (the cheetah) and Neko Neko (the Egyptian Mau). They share the same features based on Meow herself, although they look totally different.
