South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency is one of the seven Lok Sabha constituencies in the Indian National Capital Territory of Delhi. This constituency came into existence in 1966.
The seat had been held by the Bharatiya Janata Party for many years but in 2009 INC won this seat. The current Prime Minister Manmohan Singh once lost from the same constituency. Currently Ramesh Kumar of the INC is the MP representing the constituency.
