Suzannah Lipscomb is a British academic and media historian specializing in the sixteenth century. She read Early Modern History at Lincoln College, Oxford from where she received a Double First class Honours degree, followed by a distinction for her Masters in Historical Research. She was then awarded the Jowett Senior Scholarship by Balliol College where she read for her DPhil, which she was awarded in 2009. In 2006-7 Lipscomb was a Royal Historical Society Marshall Research Fellow at the Institute of Historical Research. Between 2007 and 2010 she was a Research Curator at Historic Royal Palaces. In 2010 she began teaching as a lecturer in Early Modern History at the University of East Anglia. In 2011 she was appointed to be Subject Area Convenor for History at the New College of the Humanities with responsibility for recruiting, leading, training and developing the college's History teaching staff.

Lipscomb has made many TV and Radio appearance including:BBC's The One Show, GMTV, Channel 4's Time Team, the History Channel and CTV's live royal wedding coverage. Lipscomb also presented The Essay - Henry, King of Kings on BBC Radio 3 in April 2009.
