Rachael Lillis is an American actress and voice actress. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 8 1978. She has an extensive résumé of voice work but is most known for her work as Utena in the series Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Rachel Lillis also has many voice roles in the Pokémon series. Her two leading roles are Jessie, one of the villains in Team Rocket, and Misty, Ash Ketchum's "follower". She also plays a few guests, and a variety of Pokémon, including Jigglypuff and Horsea. Misty and Jessie are both very different voices.
