Michael Smith, usually referred to as Mikey Smith, was a Jamaican ]. Along with ], and ], he is one of the most well-known dub poets. One of his best known poems is entitled 'Mi Cyaan Believe It' and there is also an album by that name. He was murdered early in his career and Linton Kwesi Johnson remembered him in a years after his death. Michael Smith, usually referred to as Mikey Smith, was a Jamaican ].
