Valerie Vili
Congratulations my friend! Your mistake on Valerie Vili has been broadcast to the world. Long live "citation needed"! Take care. Sillyfolkboy (talk) (edits) 11:01, 17 August 2009 (UTC)
- Indeed, we're all victims of a bum source here. I just now located one that names her mother and corrected all the other wikipedia language versions and added the source where I could about her mother. I should send her flowers to Auckland, I know she is a Mormon, maybe through her church. --Mareklug 12:14, 17 August 2009 (UTC)
- That would be very nice, but I would not feel too bad about it – it was a harmless mistake and we all know a bit more about Vili now. The beauty of Misplaced Pages is that it never stays wrong for long... Happy editing! Sillyfolkboy (talk) (edits) 13:40, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi, Marek, i edited all kosovo Template's. They are now ALL green. Do you think that those must be protected also? They are on my watchlist, so, i ll inform you it some big problems occur...
All best, - Tadija (talk) 11:55, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
- It's certainly sensible, and mirrors what we did on Polish Misplaced Pages, albeit we only have one template there about Kosovo matters. I would hope there is no need for protection. Best wishes, --Mareklug 17:39, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

Letters from City of San Jose
You posted quotes from letters or emails you received from the City of San Jose on to the Talk:San Jose, CA article back in 2006. Do you still have these correspondences in whole? If so, perhaps we can get these published in some way in order to have a legit source for the information in the San Jose article regarding the accented e. Thanks! — fcsuper (Exclusionistic Immediatist ) — 01:37, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, these are the only copies I retained. Nothing stops us from writing again to the City office. --Mareklug 01:54, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
Hello Mareklug! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 5 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 14 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
- Tereza Voříšková - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Christina Booth - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Can you give me 20 mins or so to edit this in peace? I've got plenty of sources via Pprune with which to improve the article. Did you not see the {{inuse}} I placed at the top of the article. Mjroots (talk) 17:54, 16 August 2010 (UTC)

Hey, sorry I reverted your revision about grammar by accident. I quickly undid it. No harm, no foul -- right? For some reason, I misread the revert article and proposed change. Thanks for understanding Obamafan70 (talk) 22:33, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
WikiProject Poland activity check
We are doing another activity check on members of Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Poland. I've noticed that you have not been active in the Poland-related articles in the past few months (we define it as doing 10 or more Poland-related edits per month in the last three months period), and as such I took the liberty to adjust your position in our Participants list from active to semi-active. Please note that this is just a method of keeping track of how many editors are currently active on Poland-related topics. Feel free to move yourself back if you disagree with this, and/or comment on WT:POLAND. In case you are not aware of that, our project has many active discussions on its talk page, we also list Poland-related article news (hee), Poland-related new articles for review (hee), Poland-related articles in need of cleanup (here), a listing of most popula Poland-related articles (here), a portal (here), and other tools. If the activity incrases, we would like to implement other tools, such as project A-class reviews and a newsletter. We are looking forward to seeing you around more often! Monitor. WikiProject Poland Newsletter: Issue 1 (April 2011)
WikiProject Poland Newsletter • April 2011 For our freedom and yours Welcome to our first issue of WikiProject Poland newsletter, the Monitor (named after the first Polish newspaper). Our Project has been operational since 1 June, 2005, and also serves as the Poland-related Misplaced Pages notice board. I highly recommend watchlisting the Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Poland page, so you can be aware of the ongoing discussions. We hope you will join us in them, if you haven't done so already! Unlike many other WikiProjects, we are quite active; in this year alone about 40 threads have been started on our discussion page, and we do a pretty good job at answering all issues raised. In addition to a lively encyclopedic, Poland-related, English-language discussion forum, we have numerous useful tools that can be of use to you - and that you could help us maintain and develop:
This is not all; on our page you can find a list of useful templates (including userboxes), awards and other tools! With all that said, how about you join our discussions at WT:POLAND? Surely, there must be something you could help others with, or perhaps you are in need of assistance yourself? You have received this newsletter because you are listed as a at WikiProject Poland. • Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 21:11, 25 April 2011 (UTC) |

Referencing
Hi, I note that you are using bare urls or linked web pages for references. Whilst not wrong, the use of {{cite web}} is preferred. The template does look complicated, but it can be condensed down to a minimum of {{cite web |url= |title= |publisher= |accessdate=}}. Other parameters can be added as required. Any questions about using this template - feel free to ask! Mjroots (talk) 06:07, 2 April 2012 (UTC)

Re: your edit
Hi, I disagree that there is "nothing misleading" in the sentence you added, it is actually misleading on at least a couple of points:
- It creates a false impression that the Russian aviation industry competes only with regional jet makers, which is clearly not the case (see, for example, Tu-204, Il-476 and MS-21 projects, as well as various Russian helicopters and military planes)
- "Poor" is a disputable and biased term and as such should be avoided as per WP:AVOID. Who decides if the "reputation" is poor? Compared to what? By what criteria?
With reference to the above, I will be reverting your edit unless you can address the above. Regards, C1010 (talk) 14:55, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
- There are several problems with your counterarguments:
- "It also addresses the concern of yours regarding commercial aircraft sales"
- You are misrepresenting what I said, please see above, I did not say anything about "commercial aircraft sales", neither the sentence you added refers to "commercial aircraft sales", instead it refers to the Russian aviation industry. Clearly there is a difference.
- "is a factual assertion backed up by numerous sources"
- Unless you can clearly define what "poor" means, it cannot be a factual assertion but just an opinion of the author. Just because some mysterious "numerous sources" call something remarkable, brilliant or poor does not mean that such a wording should be included in the article, please see WP:AVOID and WP:NPOV.
With reference to the above, I feel I have enough grounds to revert your edit. Regards, C1010 (talk) 16:15, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
I see you've made a change to the sentence in question and but I still think it's not good enough, for the following reasons:
- It's a vague speculation about what may or may not happen and as such isn't a real aftermath
- It suffers from the same problems as the previous version, that is, disputable and vague wording: Which Western firms? All of them? Statistically lower? How much lower? By what criterion? Source?
With reference to the above, I've removed it though I welcome your effort to improve the article. Regards, C1010 (talk) 21:24, 16 May 2012 (UTC)
Electra Heart release date in Poland
Yeah, I'd done a search at the Empik website, just in case, and found nothing as well. It's not listed on 679's Tumblr post either. Although it has yet to be confirmed that Warner Music Poland somehow made a mistake, perhaps we could leave it out and just list the digital standard edition, at least for the time being (that is, until the physical album is listed for sale at Empik, or Warner Poland changes the date). Hello. You have a new message at Skier Dude's talk page.
Primadonna
Please do not change it without a reliable source. When deciding wether or not the reviews were positive or negative, you should look from an outside source. See The Hunger Games (film) for a example. When there is no other source, you look at the reviews in the critical reception area. I see only one negative review out of the many positive, if you would like to add in some negative reviews from a reliable source that are properly sourced, be my guest. But please do not add in WP:NPOV thank you. --(CA)Giacobbe (talk) 02:02, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
- Please, go ahead, I dare you! What does me reviewing the album have to do with this? Did I include it? No. Did I source it as an example? No. Did I do it purely out of trying out the site? Yes. Now since you've attacked me here, I will be notifying you to an administrator, so once again good job for that. Have fun editing :)--(CA)Giacobbe (talk) 20:18, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
