If anyone has a conflict of interest it is certainly not me and Stalwart -- neither of us had heard of Jeffrey Woodward or hist "tanka prose" until recently, and both of us just happen to be bothered by your persistent placement of advertisement for either your own writings or those of your personal associates in Misplaced Pages at the expense of the academic integrity of Misplaced Pages. Hi Tristan noir! I just wanted to make a courtesy note here that I undid your moving of the page Uta monogatari in accordance with the arguments made on the talk page. If you want to continue editing the page, please cite reputable sources to back up your edits, and please discuss any major edits on the talk page first. Please see the Misplaced Pages editing policy, particularly here and here. In the spirit of due weight, I have kept a small, tastefully worded portion of the previous version that mentions the phrase "tanka prose" and gives one example and a link to one of the websites you cited. In the future, please consider whether any information you would like to include justifies more space on Misplaced Pages than this.
