Upskirt is a term used to describe pornography showing the view up a female's skirt or dress. There are many websites that promote this kind of pornography. Taking photographs of someone surreptitiously is an offence in some countries, but in others there are no laws to prevent this. Most people consider this sort of photography to be a form of sexual abuse if it is done without consent.

Some websites use models who get paid to pretend they are upskirts victims, but some websites really do victimize unaware women. While many believe these sites are meant to degrade women and the victims caught on film, the sites are generally considered to be "soft core", because of the nature of this kind of pornography.
