St Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine (SCIMD-COM) represents a new model of medical education. Located in ], ] (30 miles north of ]), the college is a branch campus of the ] (UEIN) in ], ]. Two medical colleges exist under the umbrella of parent university UEIN, ] (EM-SCIMD) in ] and SCIMD-COM in ]. SCIMD-COM offers two curricula: a four-year curriculum for students who have previously earned a baccalaureate degree and a six-year curriculum for other students. Both curricula are conducted in ].
