The co-ordinates of Manas National Park seems to out of place. The plot in the article is between Kamrup and darrang district. But, Manas is situauted at Bagsa and Chirang. I checked in an Assamese Atlas (নতুন অসমীয়া ভূচিত্ৰাৱলী), the proper location should be around 91.0 degree and 26 d 45 m. Google search locator gives the co-ordinates as mentioned in the article, but that is not correct. I am trying to find references for the correct co-ordinates.উদ্দীপতালুকদাৰ (talk) 08:31, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
When I clicked the location of Manas National Park in Google map, it gave co-ordinates as 26.836325,90.870667. But this falls in Bhutan, as I checked for the pointer that shows Manas National Park. You can go to this link in google map and search by plotting 26.831424,90.865173.উদ্দীপতালুকদাৰ (talk) 08:41, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for pointing that out. I changed the coordinates to 26°43′N 90°56′E which now falls within India, the area indicated by Google maps, and matching what UNESCO indicates. --ELEKHH05:52, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
