Early history
The Kefford Corporation was started in the early 1850s by Richard Papworth Kefford.
Recent history
- In January 1976, acquired Point Cook - Werribee Passenger Service Pty. Ltd.
- In December 1981 acquired H. A. Davis Motor Service Pty. Ltd. in Ballarat.
- In August 1987, acquired the Bono Bus Services in Footscray, Highpoint City, and East Keilor.
- In January 1988, acquired Sitch Bus Services (Sunshine, North Sunshine, St. Albans, Footscray, Yarraville, Altona, Laverton, and Williamstown), and Sinclair Bus Services (Monash University, Elwood, and Gardenvale).
- In June 2000, acquired Benders Buslines.
- On 23rd February 2009, ComfortDelGro Cabcharge took over the bus operations from the Kefford Group.
