Before reporting, read the spam and vandalism pages, as well as the AIV guide. To submit, edit this page and follow the instructions at the top of the "User-reported" section. For other issues, file a request for administrator attention.

1. The edits of the user must be obvious vandalism or obvious spam.
2. Except for egregious cases, the user must have been given enough warning(s).
3. The warning(s) must have been given recently and there must be reasonable grounds to believe the user(s) will further disrupt the site in the immediate future.
4. If you decide that a report should be filed, place the following template at the bottom of the User-reported section:
   • * {{Vandal|Example user or IP}} Your concise reason (e.g. vandalised past 4th warning). ~~~~
5. Requests for further sanctions against a blocked user (e.g., talk page, e-mail blocks) should be made at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
6. Reports of sockpuppetry should be made at Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations unless the connection between the accounts is obvious and disruption is recent and ongoing.

This noticeboard can grow and become backlogged. Stale reports are automatically cleared by MDanielsBot after 4–8 hours with no action.

• 99.235.25.103 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) - repeated vandalism on multiple pages involving removal of up to 75% of the page content at a single time, including Greater Middle East (1234), Urdu (1 2) and Central Asia (1). User has already been blocked for an entire week by Administrator Black Kite on 4 March 2013, after an earlier block by Administrator Fut.Perf. on 18:26, 11 November 2012 (UTC) (block log), and has been served several final warnings multiple times. But brazen vandalism, pug-headed edit-warring and arbitrary deletion of content has only increased in magnitude. This IP has done nothing constructive at all, and almost all edits are either disruptive editing, edit warring, or wholesale deletion of content. Hope this disruptive IP address can be blocked once and for all, for the good of Misplaced Pages!

User refactored my own talk page and when cautioned about it, accused me of vandalism. Also see user's POV comments on my talk page inciting me to edit with a political bias as he is doing. As you can see: he has filed a bad faith - completely unfounded - retaliatory report below - with absolutely no evidence of "vandalism" what-so-ever. He's wasting all our time. I've been editing for two years; never been blocked or had problems. This guy was blocked just four weeks ago. English is not his first language either and he doesn't express himself coherently as seen below. My postings on his talk page were purely in response to his hounding at my own talk page and to serve him the standard Twinkle notice/caution/warnings in response to his behaviour..
