2004 visit to Australia Zoo

After a creating a few pages, and making a few edits anonymously I've realised it'd be prudent to become a properly registered Wikipedian. I certainly value the project and the way that it makes information and education available to all who are webworthy.

I'm not, as such, an expert on any particular area - partly because I have an interest in far too many different things to concentrate my time on one topic, and partly because I am still rellatively young. But I am certainly one with an eye for detail, I can spot phony information a mile away, and I am almost infatuably committed to good grammar.

One could say I have my biases, but as an endeavouring philosopher and something of a fundamentalist I would prefer to think of my biases as well-informed, thought-through and accurate judgments of reality. Still, it would certainly be wise to keep an eye on me. I am known on the New Zealand blogosphere as a Christian fundamentalist with right wing agrarian tendencies, however my "fundamentalism" has mellowed somewhat in recent months since I deleted my blog.

I am a 5th generation Taranaki hill country sheep and beef farming British New Zealander (Kiwi), a qualified (Massey University BRP)and practising Environmental Planner, a committed member of our local Anglican parish, and an amateur philosopher, theologian, historian, sociologist and political theorist.
