Seneslau was a Voivode of Wallachia, on the West side of the river Olt in the year 1247. His Voivodship was merged with that of Litovoi, who became Prince of Wallachia. Seneslau was probably a way of pronouncing and transcribing Stanislav just like the later Vladislav could be called Veneslau, or Vinnie.
