Annie Duke (born in Concord, New Hampshire) is a professional poker player.

She is one of the most famous female poker players, along with Kathy Liebert. She is the sister of Howard Lederer, another professional poker player, who taught her how to play. As of 2004, Duke has won one World Series of Poker bracelet and more than $500,000 in tournament play.

Like many poker players, she has an illustrious academic background. She was awarded a NSF Fellowship to attend graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania to study cognitive psychology.

Duke has 4 children and resides in Billings, Montana.

She has gotten much publicity lately because she tutored Ben Affleck in poker and he has since gone on to win the 2004 California State Poker Championship.
