DBC

The Devastating Beat Creator, also known as DBC is a rap artist originating from New York, and was born in 1964. His real name is Jif Johnson, however at the age of 12 he joined a local New York gang who renamed him 'Toilet Duck' due to his 'comic' facial features. At the age of 17, he was discovered by a small record label whilst freestyling at a funeral. Assuming the name "Devastating Beat Creator", he took the American underground charts by storm, with catchy tracks such as "I don't know where my pet snake has gone" and "titillate my fox whilst I rap my rhymes on yo' behind", with the latter reaching number 87 in the charts. Jif Johnson tragically died in 1988 after overdosing on a cocktail of drugs. However there are several conspiracy theories that were investigated for several months after his death.
