Redesign test

Split top-image out, to allow adjustable or dynamic width.
Move maps to top, and order in decreasing scale (country 1st, state 2nd)
Moved the "Nicknames" section to underneath the "Named for" section
Moved the (Flag & Seal & Mottos) down to penultimate position, to avoid too many images in one spot.
Move the "official" name down.
