- One thing is if you dropped a comment and then changed your mind. Another is if you started a thread, got answers from a lot of people, then decide to remove it all. That is not polite or acceptable, especially as those people went to some trouble to explain things to you and that discussion might be useful in future for other users and as you have been reverted in the past for this. You're entitled to remove things from your talk page, fair enough, not other people's work and efforts from project pages and discussion pages. There seems to be some disconnect here between the purposes of creating an collaborative encyclopedia and your actions, and I have tried multiple times to stress the importance of working together, of respectfulness and courtesy to your fellow editors, but my words seem to be falling on deaf ears. Again, I plead with you to take a step back and look at your actions in the light of the importance we place on working together here, and realize that you do not appear to have been working in that direction :( Snowolf 00:55, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

Block Help
Hello! It says that my IP: 66.237.51.190, the block on that is going to expire in 2 days, but I am still blocked indefinitely. Would an admin tell me what's going on with that? The time keeps going up. Is that a glitch, or does Yunshui keep changing it? Thanks! Yoshi24517 05:00, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
- It's not a glitch, and I haven't touched your block since I placed it on the 14th; neither has anyone else. Your IP is autoblocked, and the autoblock is due to expire shortly. Don't consider that a licence to edit while logged out; you - the human individual behind the account - are blocked, and attempting to edit via your IP to circumvent that is considered block evasion.
- Since I'm here anyway, Note to reviewing admin: I don't personally consider the above to be an adequate indication that Yoshi24517 understands the (multiple) reasons for which he was blocked, but I'm happy to trust the judgement of any other admin - if you feel that he warrants unblocking, you don't need to check with me first (this goes for any future unblock requests as well). I would recommend, however, that you consider the option of mentorship or adoption as an unblock condition - Yoshi's enthusiasm is good, but it needs to be channelled appropriately. Hello, hello! Welcome to Misplaced Pages! I'm PrairieKid and I am looking to adopt. It looks like you don't have very many main space edits yet and I would love to introduce you to the different fields. Some of the main articles I have worked on are Ann Rivers, a local-yokel politician who is representing me in the Washington State Senate; Rand Paul, whose father I liked a little more, but who I am going to accept; Anne Gust, who, despite everything she's done, has not been given a Wiki article until recently. I have gotten a few articles to Good article status, as well as having a few Did You Know?s featured on the front page. I generally edit articles in the US political field and have some experience in other fields.
To get a little about me, I'm a 15 year old living in Vancouver, Washington who has been editing Misplaced Pages for about a year. I have about 2000 edits and I am slowly building that up. I am a business major at Clark College and hope to transfer to Georgetown University or University of Washington to get a bachelor's in education and political science, before getting a J.D. I like biking, running and going on Reddit. I think you have a pretty good idea of how to make an edit, so I'll just ask that you leave me a reply below if you're interested in being adopted!
