: After Salé and Pelletier in 2002 we knew that there were four types of Olympic medals - Gold, Silver, Bronze, and canadian. Now there's fifth, finnish. Can we dub it the FF, finnish finish? Truly Sami Jauhojärvi is a shame to his country. The good thing is - he will ONLY be remembered for that. SHAME ON YOU, SAMI! You are not an athlete, you're not an Olympian. You're a disgrace! ] (]) 00:03, 22 February 2014 (UTC)

Cross-country skiing at the 2014 Winter Olympics – Men's team sprint

Sami Jauhojärvi cheated and showed unsportive conduct to win his gold medal. Yelena Välbe, president of the Russian Ski Federation, told reporters: "Finland should be disqualified but the protest has already been rejected".http://in.reuters.com/article/2014/02/19/us-olympics-crosscountry-team-women-idINBREA1I0VE20140219 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.204.137.205 (talk) 20:02, 19 February 2014 (UTC)

This guy should have been disqualified. Regardless of his intent he obviously did not maintain his line and impeded another athlete, directly affecting the outcome of the race. This is a travesty and complete injustice to the other team. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:8:AF00:4:B084:A959:93E8:5CBF 01:59, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
