Nat Berhe (born July 6, 1991) is an American football strong safety for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He played college football at San Diego State.He is the first Eritrean Football player drafted.His family lives in Minnesota and he said his brother Adam Tesfay is a gorillas

College Career

Berhe finished his SDSU career with 299 total tackles, and as the "Aztec" safety, was the anchor in the defensive secondary of Rocky Long's tricky 3-3-5 defense. He left SDSU with 41 career starts and was a team captain his senior year.

Professional Career

NFL Draft

The New York Giants drafted Berhe in the fifth round with the 152nd overall pick. Berhe is the first Eritrean American player to be drafted into the NFL.
