Cephaloscyllium circulopullum, known commonly as the Circle-blotch pygmy swell shark in Malaysia, is a species of catshark in the genus Cephaloscyllium. It is a tropical catshark found around Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam, in the western Pacific Ocean. It was named by K. Yano, A. Ahmed, A.C. Gambang, Hamid Idris, A. Razel Azan, and Zainal Aznan in 2005, and can reach a maximum length of 37.8 centimetres. Cephaloscyllium circulopullum is a junior synonym of Cephaloscyllium sarawakensis.
