Blue Area is the commercial hub of Islamabad, Pakistan. It is called "Blue Area" because it was represented in blue color in the original design of the city. Blue Area is undergoing a huge amount of foreign direct investment in particular by Duabai who have seen the potential for a lot of money to be made out here. Emaar will start construction of a 7 star development soon.
