ACanadianToker, you are invited to the Teahouse
Hi ACanadianToker! Thanks for contributing to Misplaced Pages. |
May 2014
Hello, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Misplaced Pages this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Misplaced Pages is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz /Stalk 17:39, 16 May 2014 (UTC)
Re:Changes to wording in the White privilege
Hello, at the moment of writing there is no consensus reached on the talk page about the change you have made. This is also not supported by the sources and looks like a personal opinion to me, so I reverted your edit. If your proposal gets support on the article's talk page, feel free to change it. 2Flows (talk) 19:13, 16 May 2014 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at White privilege shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. EvergreenFir (talk) 00:36, 17 May 2014 (UTC)
Men's rights movement probation sanctions notice
Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia! In case you are not already aware, an article to which you have recently contributed, Men's rights movement, is on article probation. A detailed description of the terms of article probation may be found at Talk:Men's rights movement/Article probation. Also note that the terms of some article probations extend to related articles and their associated talk pages.
The above is a templated message. Please accept it as a routine friendly notice, not as a claim that there is necessarily any problem with your edits. Thank you. -- Bbb23 (talk) 01:27, 28 May 2014 (UTC)

White privilege
Please stop editing the intro of White privilege against consensus. You are slowly edit warring. EvergreenFir (talk) 03:17, 11 June 2014 (UTC)
- There is no consensus and this woman is editing wikipedia to proliferate her own anti-white beliefs. Please rejoin the conversation. Ancholm (talk) 13:35, 22 June 2014 (UTC)
