==Plot Summary==
A gang of ] come to ]. Dealing ], the group's violent presence is soon felt in the city, especially when Harriett DeLong's son Eugene witnesses a drive by shooting of a friend. Harriett worries about her son, and becomes angry with her friend and police chief Bill Gillespie after Eugene offers to help the police identify those responsible for the murder.
