==Bugs in Agoda App==
]
-
A bug was found in the Agoda App since the start of 2014. User who use app to book room was not given their rightfully rewards points. Instead the customer service kept insisting that the user did not log into their account even if user did. Even though Agoda finally admitted that is a system error, it is curious why the company continue to keep the bug for months even after several updates . User who use the app should be careful of this bug.

==Changes in Rewards Points System==
]
User can earn rewards points when they booked and stay at hotels. They can then use their rewards points to book their hotels. They also earn additional 500 points if they write a hotel review. However, Agoda stop giving out the 500 points per reviews from 2014. Agoda took a step further in reducing the amount of rewards points with the "bugs" in their Agoda App ''(See Bugs in Agoda App''). With the easy access to App, more users are using the App to make their booking and Agoda made a big saving in the rewards points. As the rewards points will only be credit into the user's account 30 days after they left the hotels, users may not be aware of this issues until much later. With such desperation to reduce the rewards points, one may question if is still as rewarding in booking with Agoda especially when you can get the same price (and maybe cheaper) if you book through the hotels directly.
