Hi C759. I like your stub on A Valte, but it is still very short. Could you expand it a bit, please?

Gwar discography and other
why you undo my edits on those articles:
- 1 at this moment charts, and certifications are not true, you removed sources and correct chart position that i add
- 2 i did update discography and certifications
- 3 in this article alredy have been written discography, i did use wikitable to sort all informations and add more sources
- 4 as i have notify on edit summary timline and videography have been integrated with Gwar discography
- 5 as i notify on edit summary article was integrated with List of Gwar members
- i realize that there was war with some other user, but that was not me, what is the point to spend hours on rewriting and adding sources and go to edit war 66.102.129.154 (talk) 10:04, 1 September 2014 (UTC)

- I tagged it with db-spam, so I'm not sure what the issue is.... -C759 (talk) 00:01, 10 September 2014 (UTC)
Not sure if I understand why tracking down dead links and mirroring their content is considering "spamming"
Especially since Misplaced Pages has a NOFOLLOW policy on links to begin with. All these edits were made to the ref section, only to restore original citations lost to 404s and only mirrored when the original could not be tracked down... Misplaced Pages would rather have dead links I guess? Also several edits that had been up and considered good for months were reverted too. Seems a bit spiteful.
No good deed goes unpunished I guess. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.45.36.252 (talk) 14:12, 17 September 2014 (UTC)
- You're not the first to try this. Don't pretend that you have pure motives - it's not remotely convincing. -C759 (talk) 00:20, 18 September 2014 (UTC)

Suggestion
Perhaps my added content, pending agreeable references, could be reincorporated by other means? Lack of internet censorship and the moral implications of said phenomenon being the culprit. I would like to describe how this enhanced availability of suicide literature may be linked to recent deaths in the media. Eg Grant Li, Matthew Sattherthwaite and Kevin Boyle all used the internet as a means to acquiring either their method and/or the equipment it involved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Redzimus (talk • contribs) 10:08, 19 September 2014 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for September 23
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Window film, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Homes and Ceramics. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Kicks from spurious deletion - Promotion/advertising?!
Dear C759 I am at a loss to understand why you have sought fit to remove all my content - it all objectively links to third party websites proving that what I am stating is true, in summary based on the few contributions made this morning:
- There is an additional 'Invictus' inspired song in the public domain to those listed on the Invictus page - so I simply stated that and linked to it, objectively with no promotional language etc etc;
- There is an additional repository of photographic information on Cane Hill asylum, and I've linked to it, again with no promotional language etc;
- There is an additional angle to anti-drug education, which I've linked to and provided simply as fact without any sort of promotion, citing third party media reports that verify what I have said...
...Having read the Misplaced Pages treatise on objectivity of content, what exactly is it that makes the many previous entries on Invictus, Cane Hill, Drug Education etc neutral where they refer to other people's creative works, yet my edits promotional, even though they do no more than simply objectively stating and linking as the other entries do?
I must say my confidence and motivation to now add anything at all to Misplaced Pages has now been singlehandedly destroyed, and even my inclination to use Misplaced Pages as a basic reference source has been severely altered - I now realize that users can spuriously remove content simply by alleging it is advertising, and that a time-apartheid approach to content entry only allows those with the most time to read unwieldly treaties and extensively argue out minutiae ad absurdium to create any bias of their intent under the banner of 'neutrality'. iPhone 6 in China information
Hi C759 - you had removed a comment I made on iPhone 6 about its nickname in China. I'm an American living in China so I've heard this firsthand. I felt it was an unusual enough nickname that it merited citing a source, which was in fact a blog entry I had helped publish. This wasn't meant as self-promotion, but it was hard to find other English-language sources that describe this phenomenon. Can I re-add the comment and the attributed source?EmceeInPRC (talk) 03:02, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
- Blogs are not considered reliable sources. Also repeatedly citing sources that you are closely associated is seen as spamming and conflict of interest. -C759 (talk) 04:41, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
- Okay, understood. Good to know. Will refrain from re-adding.EmceeInPRC (talk) 04:43, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
Relevant photos links from Scientific source seo-forum-seo-luntan.com
These days you're removing relevant, unique photos links from a science source. For example true, adequate photos of typhoon area (typhoons Rammasun and Kalmaegi 2014) or of a new soft drink (Mirinda Watermelon). Why you do this? Сароман (talk) 13:56, 24 October 2014 (UTC)

- I know Misplaced Pages from its beginning. I'm almost 40 years old scientist. Why do you think that links to relevant, unique, true photos is "spam"? If you continue to think so, I'll report this issue to the higher community level. I know you became a respectful editor here, but I think you're wrong in this case.
