Notability requires multiple sources, and since the Australian Women's Register only rephrased the ADB, it should be treated as the same source. Since Isabella Golding's "claim to fame", so to speak, would be being the first female inspector, the fact that she is not the first female inspector pretty much makes her non-notable (as per WP:ANYBIO, because her well-known or significant honor or alternately, her widely-recognized contribution, doesn't actually exist). Isabella Golding (November 25, 1864 - 11 December 1940) known simply as Belle Golding was a feminist, Australian suffragist and labor activist. In May 1900, Golding became the first female inspector of public schools in Australia. Golding, along with sisters Annie Golding and Kate Dwyer joined the Womanhood Suffrage League of New South Wales in 1983, before forming the Women's Progressive Association in 1904.
Career
Under the Early Closing Act of 1899, Golding became Australia's first female inspector of public schools. Throughout her career as a public servant, Golding exercised her passion for improving the conditions of living for women, often documenting health and employment concerns unique to women. It is believed that her sister Anne Golding, a prominent Australian feminist and political activist, was influenced by Belle's knowledge and documentation of Australian women's issues.
