Air Pegasus is an airline based in Bengaluru, India with a hub at the Kempegowda International Airport. The airline received approval from the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) in 2014 and plans to start scheduled air services in March 2015 with three ATR-72 aircraft the first of which was delivered in September 2014. The airline is a subsidiary of Decor Aviation, an aircraft ground-handling services company based in Bengaluru and plans to keep costs low by outsourcing its airport operations to Decor Aviation. Air Pegasus will focus on routes in South India from its hub in Bengaluru in its first year of operations and will create similar hubs in West and East India in the future.
