Here is a listing of cities which sport an underground system. This kind of transport is called by a bewildering number of names all over the world. In Misplaced Pages, we use the term underground to refer to the phenomenon itself, since the London Underground was the first transport system of this kind. In this listing, the local names (if any apply) of the transport system are mentioned as well.
