Non-free rationale for File:Costa Chekrezi.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Costa Chekrezi.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Misplaced Pages is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 00:12, 8 December 2013 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Janaq Paço (Stamp).jpg
Thank you for uploading File:Janaq Paço (Stamp).jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Misplaced Pages may not meet the criteria required by Misplaced Pages:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Misplaced Pages:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Misplaced Pages policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 03:01, 30 December 2013 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Janaq Paço (Stamp).jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Janaq Paço (Stamp).jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 03:03, 30 December 2013 (UTC)

Minor
Hello! I have stumbled across a couple of good edits you have made. I was, however, a bit surpriced that you had marked them as minor edits, when they certainly were not. Looking at your contributions list, I see that you mark all your edits as minor. This is a bit confusing when you, as I often do, scan the history of an article, and it is not how the minor marking is supposed to be used. Please read WP:Minor. Regards! --T*U (talk) 16:57, 18 January 2014 (UTC)

Please don't tag articles without valid explanation provided on the talkpage. Just because you did not find something mentioned in Albanian language sources does not mean it did not exist. It is not constructive to complain about sources being one-sided if Albanian sources do not even exist.--Antidiskriminator (talk) 21:56, 20 January 2014 (UTC)

Prek Cali
Hello Mondiad,
Prek Cali is officially recognized as Albanian Hero,he is known for his bravery and for being active during national awaking ,and attended all wars against different enemies, like Ottoman Empire ,Serbia,Montenegro and Albanian Communist(1908,1911,1913,1944,1945). Communists made up story's that Prek Cali cooperated with Serbian chetniks and British, which are untruth because there are still alive witnesses which were together with Prek Cali.
He was anti-communist,and he had conflicts with Montenegrin and Serbians,Prek Cali was in cave with 14 men and 1 women (sworn virgin) called Tone Toma Bikaj, she was together with her brother Gjelosh Bikaj (who is still alive).
When communists found out their location they ,and Abaz Fejzo (Commandant of Partisans) said to Fr.David Pici to ask Prek Cali to surrender with his group, and they claimed that Partisans will stop war in Kelmend,if they dont surrender he said that they will be killed in cave and the war in Kelmendi wont stop. (Abaz Fejzo called Prek Cali a "Bayraktar" but Fr. David Pici anwered that Prek Cali is not bayraktar, but a nationalist who defended his motherland ). Anyway Fr. David agreed and asked Prek Cali to surrender with his group because communists promised that they will not continue war in Kelmendi ,and they will forgive supporters of Prek Cali which were together with him in cave. Prek Cali agreed to surrender with his group. He and his group surrender without reforestation (17 February 1944) Fr. David Pici was with them.
But Sejdin Avdia wrote in his book that they tryed to escape and killed 3 partisans, also he said that Prek Cali was a supporter of chetniks.
These story's are not true, because there are still alive a lot witness (Gjelosh Toma Bikaj, was in cave of Tartashica together with Prek Cali and other 13 men and his sister Tone) The author of book "Prek Cali dhe kelmendasit" , Dr. Luigj Martini says : Thanks god there are still alive witness.
Information's are taken in book of Dr. Luigj Martini ,"Prek Cali dhe kelmendasit" (Page : 272-289) ,and if you want i can take a picture of these informations from the book. After fall of communism the view for Prek Cali and for Resistance of Kelmendi during communist war (1942-1945),and also this book is the most trustful and its used officially for Anti-Communist war in Albania. NOTE: Prek Cali is officially Hero of Albania, and Martyr of Democracy,if he was a cooporater with chetniks he would never become a hero,so using communist books to write biograpy of Prek Cali or other Albanian Martyrs of Democray it would be ridicules, because we all know that communists made up story's about them to mislead the others.
I see that you can write quite well in English, and i would be ready to give to you information's from books about real story of Prek Cali and not the propaganda story which had been made by communists (Yugoslavian and Albanian). -AlbertBikaj (talk) 20:27, 23 January 2014 (UTC)
- I am quite aware of Communist history, but that does not mean that Hoxha said that something is black, and today everything becomes automatically white. Anyway, this article does not have any importance for me. Just keep it out of emotional sentences like "one of the greatest heroes of Albania". Hero of Albania is just a given a title not a fact, just like Fatos Nano was given "Nderi i Kombit", it does not mean that Nano really honors Albania. The same with Cali, if there is a monograph that mentions him as one of the greatest heroes, does not mean it is absolutely true.
Regarding the chetniks, I don't know, the other guy brought many references. On my opinion, wherever there is smoke, there is fire. The cooperation was real, but pushed by British emissaries as part of the anti-communist campaign rather than any "love" between Cali and the Serbs.
What I don't like about Cali in what I saw is the localist medieval tribal mentality. I.e starting from the Battle of Decic, passing to the conflict with Zogu because they demanded autonomy from the "Albanian muslim state". If he was a real here would have fought like Curri, Boletini, Gurarkuqi, Galica, etc whho saw Albanian cause as a whole beyond a certain tribe or geographical limitation.
Anyway, good work. I respect your passion about this.Mondiad (talk) 19:42, 23 January 2014 (UTC)

Better source request for File:Hoxha Kadri Prishtina 1878-1925.jpg
Thanks for your upload to Misplaced Pages:
You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 03:12, 9 February 2014 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Filiates shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Δρ.Κ. 18:02, 18 February 2014 (UTC)
- Dr.K, thank you for threatening me. At this point I am getting used. Everytime there is some edit which the Greek editors don't like, I am being left a message in my talk page. As per your suggestion, I already had opened a talk section for discussion. Meanwhile I would strongly suggest you go on and revise the neutrality of the references provided as NPV by my Greek colleges. Seems that no one is worried about the neutrality of the article.
- Also, If you check the page's history, you will see that Alexihoua reverted my edits first. So try to talk to him too. Mondiad (talk) 18:52, 18 February 2014 (UTC)

I see that you still mark virtually all your edits as minor. Most of them are not! As an example, WP:MINOR states that comments to a talk page is not minor. Nor is adding or removing content, tags, templates, references, links etc. It seems that you do not have much faith in your own contributions if you think that they are all minor. Please use the "minor" button only when it is supposed to be used, if for no other reason to avoid irritating other editors. Regards! --T*U (talk) 21:14, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

You reverted my edit. My edit clearly clarified the official names (in which languages). There is no need for "see names" when the section is directly below the intro (the first section). Turks are no community in the town or municipality. The geolocation is redundant, when there is a map, and a geolocation in the upper right corner.
