Why is this guy notable? Just appearing in court in relation to various legal cases does not make him anything special: all lawyers do it and many, many of them get their names mentioned in newspapers because of it. - ] (]) 08:08, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

Date of Birth

Somnath bharti (declared) date of birth can be confirmed through his Affidavit Candidature form. TY of 17:09, 2 July 2013 (UTC)

Please see WP:BLPPRIMARY. - Sitush (talk) 23:22, 2 July 2013 (UTC)
Sitush is correct. Misplaced Pages wants to see a reliable WP:SECONDARY source, not a primary source such as certificates, filings, etc. Binksternet (talk) 23:39, 2 July 2013 (UTC)

Confusion regarding Spam theory

There is no way to establish that Somnath bharti mentioned in those PCquest articles is Somnath bharti of Aam Aadmi party. I am removing the content under Business section and I am amused that editor choose to allege bharti is the same person without any Reliable source identifying the minister bharti to be the same person. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.177.8.204 (talk) 00:19, 29 January 2014 (UTC)

The reference cited in the article does make it clear that it's the same person. Here are a couple of other sources:
