Unblocked subject to conditions
The Ban Appeals Subcommittee has granted your appeal, and I have now unblocked your account subject to the following conditions:
- The community-imposed ban from uploading media files remains in force.
- As the three month community-imposed ban from reviewing AFC submissions had not expired when you were blocked it remains in force and is extended indefinitely.
These restrictions may be appealed at WP:AN or other community-approved venue six months from today or six months after your most recent sanction for breaching them (if any), whichever is later.
