I totally support the unblock. I got stuck with it last night and it is extremely frustrating. Part of the problem is (I think) that the university has begun offering access to Misplaced Pages free-of-charge. NOTE TO ADMINISTRATORS: Please consider that this is the IP address of the University of Auckland and as such is shared by hundreds of computers around the campus. Blocking this IP address means the possibility blocking other, innocent, Wikipedians who are trying to use the site (like me!) -- PageantUpdatertalk | contribs | esperanza 07:41, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
But this needs to be balanced against leaving vandalism running rampant which impacts the many 1000s of other wikipedians trying to use this site. --pgk 23:30, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
Attention:

This IP address, 130.216.191.84, is registered to the University of Auckland and is shared by multiple users who are students, professors etc at the university. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

Request reason:

Again the University of Auckland has been blocked from editing for no apparent reason.

Decline reason:

Not currently blocked, but registered users affected by such blocks should post the unblock from their own accounts on their own talk pages.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
