- I maintain articles listed on the list of power metal bands, and many of these articles are often a victim of genre warriors and other unsourced edits that need reversion on occasion. Rollback rights will reduce the effort needed to maintain these articles. - I can definitely issue warnings/notifications for all reverts/vandalism reverts made if this is mandatory, or good practice. I typically specified information in the edit summary of reverts. However I can do both. (Incidentally, I'm sure I've left warnings/notifications on occasion on user talk pages, but may not have used a standard warning template.)
