An editor you might be able to help

Good morning Jamie, I hope you are well. I wonder if you could look into assisting an editor from Nigeria who has had a few problems with editing recently.

He is User:Wikicology, and there is a current ANI thread concerning him (probably about to be closed) at WP:ANI#New editor.... I and others have offered him some advice on his talk page User talk:Wikicology, please review this as well.

I wonder if you could either assist Wikicology in editing articles about less controversial topics (for example, Nigerian movies), or assist them in editing Misplaced Pages projects in other languages used in Nigeria? (I have given links to some on his talk page, but perhaps he needs further encouragement.)

Wikicology has great enthusiasm and is very eager and productive, so it would be sad they ended up no longer able to contribute to Misplaced Pages just because of difficulties with the English Misplaced Pages.

Many thanks for any help you can offer them. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 19:23, 28 September 2014 (UTC)

  • Hello Demiurge1000, I'm doing just great.
I'm always open to answer any questions this user may have, but I don't think I want to be so involved with the user. From the little I know about him on wiki, he's a user who takes advice the wrong way. He tries to justify everything he does, no matter what! Above all, I don't like the way he interacts with other users. I'm very aware a discussion is going on about him, but I chose not to participate.....cos next thing; I may just log on to wiki next day and see all the articles I created upside down.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 00:08, 29 September 2014 (UTC)
Jamie Tubers forgive me! I understand that my behavior is too hostile to ignore but now I have a different and new mentality on how things work here. Please forgive me Jamie. I was only been stupid then, forgive me. Wikicology (talk) 15:35, 29 September 2014 (UTC)
  • Please, stop using the phrase "forgive me"....no one is a God here. The most important thing is for you to consider the advice you've been given and act accordingly.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 18:20, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

Importance Ratings

Hello, I recently started some work on the mechanism of WP ratings system and I noticed you gave the Wizkid (musician) article a high importance rating on Lagos and Yoruba portal. I disagree with that evaluation, the best Wizzy should get on those portals is Mid- importance. As a musician, he should be rated as "High Importance" based on his achievement in the music scene and worldwide followership but as a lagosian or a yorubaman it should be "Low importance" or "mid importance". Just because a prominent musician is yoruba or from lagos is not enough to be rated high. The Lagosians (the ones I can currently remember) who clearly meets the High importance tags (some listed are even top importance) are All governors of Lagos state, CJ of Lagos, Oba of Lagos, Fela Kuti (Kalakuta republic founder), Daddy Showkey, Baba Fryo, Pasuma (that is if he is from lagos) etc. Yorubamen who clearly meets the high importance tags are Tunde Kelani, Olubadan, Alaafin of Oyo, Shina Peters, Kwam1, Wasiu Ayinde etc...I hope you get my drill from my examples. I have done a lot of research on similar wiki articles before arriving at this my conclusion. Darreg (talk) 21:11, 6 October 2014 (UTC)

@Darreg: Tubers didn't do the rating for WikiProject Lagos. I believe User:Eruditescholar did. Versace1608 (Talk) 21:16, 6 October 2014 (UTC)
I am very sorry for the mix-up Jamie. One thing I have learnt from being on WP is to be very careful with my words. Once you click "save", it can never be undone literally. Thanks Versace for the correction.Darreg (talk) 21:32, 6 October 2014 (UTC)
  • I've not rated any article from WikiProject Lagos, and I'm not a participant in WikiProject Yoruba. Btw, wikiprojects have different criteria on how they rate the class and importance of articles within their scope..... So you can't compare rating criteria of different projects. And people like Governors of Lagos and Obas of Lagos, can't be rated "High importance", those are definitely "Top importance". but how articles are rated, at the end of the day depends on the criteria of the wikiproject.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 12:44, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
Its like you skipped the part where I said "some are even top importance", I actually listed the most important I could remember across fields that was why I even started with the Governors. There are general guidelines for importance ratings as stated here. Wikiprojects can only attempt to localize those rules but not change it. I took those rules into consideration before arriving at my conclusions.Darreg (talk) 18:59, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
  • exactly my point! if "wikiproject Lagos" thinks wizkid has contributed alot to the perception of Lagos, maybe through his music, enough to get a "high importance", then I see no reason for it not to be rated high. I'm indifferent in this scenario anyway....And btw, you can always change the rating if you think otherwise; hopefully, the user who rated it initially, won't have any problems with it.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 20:34, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

Help

How are you doing today Jamie Tubers? Please kindly assist me on how to add copyright compliance images to my articles so as not to violate the copyright policy. Thanks in anticipation. Wikicology (talk) 13:04, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

  • I'm doing great, thank you.
If you own the image (you snapped it yourself); and you haven't published it on anyother online platforms, you can upload the image on wikipedia or commons, and license it with one of the free image licenses. If you own the image, but it has been published before....you'd have to use OTRS by sending a declaration of consent through your e-mail - Note that the OTRS team may ask you to prove your ownership in some way.
If you don't own the image, try to contact whoever owns the image, and try to convince them to release the image under wiki's free license. If they agree to it, tell them to send the a filled "Declaration of consent" form to your email (this is to ensure that they haven't made any mistakes), and FORWARD it to the OTRS team email. Regards.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 20:30, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
@Wikicology: A template of the declaration of consent form can be seen at WP:CONSENT. For more info on the license mentioned, please see WP:CC BY-SA. Versace1608 (Talk) 21:03, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
Thank you Versace1608. How are you doing? Am sorry for my rudeness the other day. Wikicology (talk) 21:12, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
I'm doing great bro. Apologies accepted. Versace1608 (Talk) 21:15, 7 October 2014 (UTC)

Ayo Sogunro Nigerian Writer

Hello. You seem to want to delete Ayo Sogunros entry for no real reason. I found his wiki when researching for the Ake Arts and Book Festival Ake Festival on which he is a guest with Wole Soyinka, Eghosa Imasuen, Jude Dibia and other Nigerian writers who all have wiki pages. I dont see any gain for the literary community in the suggested deletion. I think wikipedia has policies against attacks like this --GrimyMartin (talk) 16:04, 13 October 2014 (UTC)

  • I clearly stated the reason for the nomination; Notability can't be inherited from works, neither can it be achieved by associating with notable people. BTW, no one is attacking anybody.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 22:14, 13 October 2014 (UTC)

Article Discussion

Hi, I believe you mean well in your suggestion of my created page, i am new on wikipedia, however,i will be happy to discuss improving the page with you as opposed to your recommendation for deletion. Thanks Redotec (talk) 13:48, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

  • The problem is not with the article, but the subject of the article. For a subject to be notable enough to warrant a wikipedia page, it must have been covered in several reliable independent publications, such as Newspapers, journals, books, etc or even television programmes. This doesn't mean writing for publication houses or a mere mention in publications, but presence of in-depth articles dedicated to the subject (and independent of the subject in everyway!). The subject "Ayo Sogunro" doesn't pass this criterion, and will eventually be deleted.....unless, there's a proof of notability. All the reasons given so far still haven't proven the subject's notability.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 22:17, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

October 1

I have been unable to visit the cinemas since October 1 was released due to daily scheduling conflits. I hope to buy the DVD (then watch at my convenience) or watch it online (since I am always online) if I can't make it while it's still showing in the theaters. However, I recommended it to a friend (who is generally always skeptical on films) after reading the wiki article, with so much hope that she will be totally blown away considering the amount of time and resources spent in the production of the film. The feedback I got from her was slightly above average but nothing out of the ordinary. According to her, Kunle was unsure about the direction he wanted the story-line of the film to follow. She also said it would have been better if he concentrated on one of Independence, serial killing, homosexuality, british imperialism, boko haram or even human right abuse. She has a track record of being off-point, so I won't be surprised if her opinion is totally off the mark when I eventually watch it.Darreg (talk) 23:42, 20 October 2014 (UTC)

Update:As surprising as it may sound, I just left the cinemas some few minutes ago after watching the film. I was really blown away by the production and the adherence to little detail in the film. It was no mistake that the cinema hall was 90% full even though it has been released since October 1st (free pop-corn today cud also be an additional reason). I really need to update my Best film list cuz I have never seen a better capture of the 60s in a Nigerian film. The thing about my friend is that whenever something is the best, she will say it is better; when its better, she will say its good; and when its good, she will say its average. So for her to say it was slightly above average, then I will intepret that as "excellent" by normal standards. I am pretty certain the film will rule AMAA 2015. I am rooting for Prince Ropo (I did not get his real name), Sadiq Daba and that funny yoruba officer with tribal marks to be nominated for awards. I am not exaggerating at all but it was incredibly awesome. This is definitely my best for 2014 and I do not regret the 1hr 53minutes spent in the cinema hall. Darreg (talk) 21:50, 21 October 2014 (UTC)

I will write the synopsis tonight but it will not be as detailed as Figurine, Confusion or Phone Swap bcos it will be based on what I can remember.Darreg (talk) 23:04, 21 October 2014 (UTC)

2015 Oscars

South Africa recently selected Elelwani as her representative for the 87th Academy Awards. It's quite amusing that SA chose a film released about 3 years ago. If I were to be part of the Academy, I won't consider a stale entry for the most prestigious entertainment ceremony in the world.

The Nigerian Committee said they will not be making any submission this year citing allegiance to laid down principles as reasons. They said most of the films submitted to them had more than 50% English. October 1 would have been a worthy Oscar contender but they spoke too much English in the film.

Do you know how I can get the full nominees for AMAA 2005? Omotola and Genevieve can not possibly be the only ones nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Best Actress respectively.Darreg (talk) 20:37, 30 October 2014 (UTC)

I already started the award here. I will go back to it whenever I am "over-free". Darreg (talk) 21:18, 31 October 2014 (UTC)

List of restaurants in Lagos

Hi Jamie, Please assist me with improving on this new List: List of restaurants in Lagos and also share your thoughts on AFD/List of restaurants in Lagos. I'll be grateful!! Eruditescholar (talk) 22:14, 1 November 2014 (UTC)

Removal of edits on Ebola Page..

Your recent Edits on the West Africa Ebola Pages, have all been removed and while asf, please READ the talk page on how the numbers are tallied... these edit of yours - have all been removed as the sources do not list them as you have indicated... Please follow the current consensus, and do not mass edit the numbers.... we are battling with many vandals in the numbers, as many who hear local reports, think they helping by updating the numbers, but only screw things up.... Gremlinsa (talk) 08:12, 5 November 2014 (UTC)

  • I made those edits cos, according to the sources; the initial case had been quarantined in liberia, so he must have been counted with the cases in liberia. But since there's a consensus on how the numbers are tallied, I guess its cool.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 20:14, 5 November 2014 (UTC)

Nok Culture Nigeria

Nok artifacts have been discovered in Sokoto and other places in Northern Nigeria and so i find it is more accurate to depict it as such. please do not revert these changes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alaminalpha (talkcontribs) 01:25, 9 November 2014 (UTC)

Nok Culture

I have reverted Nok Culture to its earlier status. This version contains a more accurate map by Locutus Borg and an inclusion into the series on Northern Nigeria. please do not undo without giving appropriate reasons. Thank You --Alaminalpha (talk) 22:29, 9 November 2014 (UTC)

  • Hello, I restored the article to an earlier version cos later edits deleted some sources. While restoring, I added the updated map, but left out the northern culture template unintentionally. Note that unsourced content maybe challenged and removed in the future. BTW, good job on your contributions to topics relating to Northern Nigeria.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 20:52, 10 November 2014 (UTC)

Second Removal of edits on Ebola Page..

Your edit on the Ebola page here has once again been removed... Please think before you make rash edits.. your comment: The outbreak isn't widespread in Liberia therefore, yet to be an epidemic could be considered vandalism, as Liberia is the hardest hit area with over 50% of the Ebola deaths in the current outbreak..... Also i'd consider removing the 2014 ebola page from your list of Significant Contributions as now both your edit attempts to that page have been reverted.... Gremlinsa (talk) 07:01, 13 November 2014 (UTC)

  • Hey, my edit was appropriate, I only paraphrased to make statements less ambiguous.. The only mistake I made was writing "Liberia" in the comment instead of "Mali". I'm adding the edits back, since they are only explaining what's in the sources cited in the body of the article. Btw, you have no right to tell me what I write on my userpage, as long as it isn't violating any wikipedia's policies. Besides, you obviously don't know the history of my contributions to the page, since you think I made only two contributions. Then again; stop populating my talkpage with ebola article issues, further discussions should be placed in the article's talkpage as it should be. Thanks.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 20:06, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
Please See Talk:Ebola_virus_epidemic_in_West_Africa#recent_instability_of_the_lead.. in regards to your edits on the ebola page, on the Ebola talk page.. also re: Edits on page, It's not the number of edit to the page, but rather the quality, as of late, all your edits have been reverted.. Your contributions to the talk page have been minimal and counter productive.. And your locked onto a single page regarding the epidemic, there are more than 7 different pages. As for putting these discussions on your talk page, They are a social notification rather than a formal notice. I was being polite. Gremlinsa (talk) 12:53, 14 November 2014 (UTC)
  • Just like I said, you have no right whatsoever to tell me what I add to my userpage, as long as it doesn't contradict wikipedia's policy. Cos my recent edits has been minimal doesn't override my long time previous contributions. And I didn't add much contributions to the other 7 ebola articles, and that's exactly why you can't find them on my userpage...I don't have to contribute to the seven other articles to claim on just one article. If I contributed to the other articles, they would be SEPARATELY placed under the "Significant contributions" section. And seriously, you consider airing my views on the map used in the article as counterproductive? So I have to agree with what I consider (and is obviously) inappropriate? Now I'm beginning to think you are just personally attacking me.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 20:42, 14 November 2014 (UTC)
As per your link...

Comment on content, not on the contributor

which is what I did.. After several RFCs, ANIs, a AFD and countless vandalism edits on the pages, some editors spend hours a day discussing, coming to consensus, and research before editing. Mavric edits are not constructive in these cases, nothing personal, they break long standing consensus.... As for about content your userpage, sorry, your right, you can place anything you want there...this my last comment on this issue Gremlinsa (talk) 09:00, 17 November 2014 (UTC)

Seasons Greetings

Merry Xmas and a prosperous New year in advance. I find it hard to believe you are still an undergraduate, anyways when you finally convocate send me your CV, we pay smart people in 6 digits at my workplace lol. I am even considering doing my Masters at Ilorin, if that happens we might just have a cocktail dinner then discuss the future of Wikiproject Nigeria. Konga.com delivered my package (Phone Swap) sometime this week so I shud really enjoy this yelutide season with the film and prolly add a few more lines to its wiki article when I eventually watch it. As you already know #AMVCA2015 nominees list is out, do you still think ALL the films/actors/actresses nominated have been featured in at least a arm of Dstv franchise? I know October 1 is on box office but what about the other films? I still think the heading of that article is misleading.

Hollywood have a way of knowing the highest grossing films in cinemas, I believe Nollywood can also achieve that if we can come together and do some deeper research. Silverbird started showing Nigerian films in the 2000s, we can create a list that documents the list of highest grossing Nigerian cinematic films of all time. The table will be incomplete at first but with time it will begin to have full shape. References do exist, since it is just about 10 years old. What do you think about it?

Here is a comparative review of October 1 and HOAYs by 2 angry men. They also spoke of their Misplaced Pages articles. Darreg (talk) 21:22, 26 December 2014 (UTC)

  • Lol..thanks Darreg, I wish you the same. About DStv, I really don't know cos I don't use DStv lol. I think list of highest grossing film is still premature.....most times, they are not very transparent with their figures. And those two angry men cracked me up big time! Really, HOAYS is a bad film...fact.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 22:13, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
The funny thing abt HOAYS was that the people in charge of its publicity did a real good job, that even the outbreak of Ebola in Nigeria (+ poor production and acting) could not stop people from watching it. Concerning the HGNF, I will still go ahead to create it, your reasons are not solid enough. Transparency is irrelevant on Misplaced Pages, what matters is RELIABLE SOURCES! Darreg (talk) 22:22, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
  • Lol, I wish you luck....cos I don't know how you'll find links for many other films released in cinemas....even phone swap didn't publish their gross past the first week. But well....its up to you :).--Jamie Tubers (talk) 22:26, 26 December 2014 (UTC)

Comment on Terra Kulture AFD

Please don't speak for me, particularly as you are involved in the discussion. If you'd read my comments, I wasn't saying that I wanted yet to strike my Delete comment; I explained further down that I think the article has not proved notability - all I did was get rid of the promotional language and pare it down so statements proving its notability could be added by someone with access to the Kaye Whiteman book. It's a bit rude to do that, and while I'm not going to take any action over it, please respect other people's opinions and comments and leave them alone. (See the point here about not misrepresenting other people and the following section of that page under Editing Comments.)

Never edit or move someone's comment to change its meaning, even on your own talk page. Striking text constitutes a change in meaning, and should only be done by the user who wrote it or someone acting at their explicit request.

As it happens, you've bounced me into declaring as neutral, but seriously, please don't do that again. LouiseS1979 (talk) 11:30, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

  • hello,
Sorry for striking the comment! I did it in good faith assuming that's what you meant with the first statement in your second post. I also did it neutrally as a form of fix, even though i commented on the discussion. And that's the reason i explained in detail in the edit summary, so you can spot and easily revert it, if i was wrong. I infact wanted to notify you on your talk page, but it skipped my mind somehow. Sorry for that once again. However, moving the rest of your comments to the first one is appropriate. It gives easy readability to participants. Regards.-Jamie Tubers (talk) 13:11, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
Sure, I can understand why you did it, and saw the edit summary OK. The reason I put the comments down there originally was that the conversation was taking place at that point and people looking at the article and adding their comments might have seen what I'd done to the article - intending to try and rescue it, as it happens - before they voted delete. Just be careful next time, that's all.
As it happens, I'm staying on the fence. The actual closure of the AFD is now pretty much in the hands of a closing admin. Hopefully Eruditescholar has done enough to keep it; the Business Day source about the art auction should IMO help matters. In the end there was no real harm done, and I can see where I could have been clearer. LouiseS1979 (talk) 22:14, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

Project Fame West Africa

Greetings Jamie Tubers. The edit I made to the Project Fame West Africa article was not harmful in any way. I should have used "purposes" instead of "reasons" as shown in the Peach Bowl article. I think this info needs to be included in the lead. Versace1608 (Talk) 03:29, 26 March 2015 (UTC)

  • Hey, I didn't think your edit was harmful. Ofcourse, I also strongly 'think' the MTN is added for sponsorship purposes, but we can't prove it with any reliable source! But we can prove that the the show is also called "MTN Project Fame West Africa", which is added to the article. It is also stated in the article that MTN sponsors the show....now let the readers infer the reasons behind the alternative names. We including "for sponsorship reasons" simply because it is obviously logical is an original research.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 19:56, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
I don't think this classifies as "original research" since I was able to find this and this. Versace1608 (Talk) 22:09, 26 March 2015 (UTC)

Origins of Nigeria's name

There is a man by the name of Emeka Keazor (a lawyer and did post-graduate study in history) who had a research paper he released not too long ago. He also did a presentation. He had said that the name Nigeria was in existence before 1914, that Flora Shaw did not come up with the name Nigeria. This is where he has his paper. It may be worth the look: http://www.slideshare.net/EdKeazor/the-journey-to-amalgamation-a-brief-summary — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.21.61.158 (talk) 01:04, 27 March 2015 (UTC)

All Necessary References have been provided for

You keep reverting the Nigerian article to it's inaccurate version- even after various sources and references have been provided. Maybe you should bother to check all of them out, before making you next revert on that article.

1: What makes the CIA more reliable than a reference from the Information board of the country in question itself (The fascinating Nigeria magazine) 2: All provided sources are coherent, and within the time frame of statistical validity 3: What do you stand to gain from all this? Why are you reverting all more accurate changes made to the article? 4: You will need to provide multiple reliable sources to back up the CIA figures.

  • The CIA citation has also been reverted cos, it isn't as explicit as the former source. Please do explain what you are adding to the article on the talkpage, with the reliable citations. The page is very important and shouldn't be place for users to include their opinions. Regards.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 09:33, 29 March 2015 (UTC)

I am not really sure this is the right place to ask, but let's try.

I am currently writing a report about monogamy/polygamy in human societies and I was interested in writing also about the legal status of poligamy in the world.

Do you maybe still have the references that used to create this map (-> http://en.wikipedia.org/Polygamy)?

Best regards,

Article moves

If you move an article, and another editor moves it back, please do not repeat your move – when this happens, you must go through the WP:RM process. I also noticed in the second move that you claimed it was an "unexplained revert" – clearly this is untrue as I cited the naming guideline when I moved it back to the original title, although I got the link wrong. For your information, please read WP:NC-GAL#Elections and referendums. Thanks, Number 57 18:21, 5 April 2015 (UTC)

See WP:RMUM: "if you make a bold move and it is reverted, do not make the move again. Instead, follow the procedures laid out in § Requesting controversial and potentially controversial moves." Number 57 18:43, 5 April 2015 (UTC)
Why on earth have you moved the article again?? Your move was not in line with the naming convention. If you want to move it, you need to follow the WP:RM process. If you continue to try and move the article, I'm afraid I will ask for you to be blocked. Number 57 11:33, 11 April 2015 (UTC)
  • I moved to correct the grammatic error in the title. it says "Nigerian general election", when the article consists of presidential, house of rep etc... It is named this way in other articles like it, eg United States elections, 2015
It's not a grammatical error - all general election articles are titled like this - e.g. United Kingdom general election, 2015, South African general election, 2014. The US article has that title as it refers to numerous different types of elections across the country during the year, similar to United Kingdom local elections, 2015. See also Mozambican general election, 2014, Guinea-Bissau general election, 2014, Namibian general election, 2014 etc. Number 57 11:42, 11 April 2015 (UTC)

Vandalism

You made some changes in this article http://en.wikipedia.org/List_of_African_countries_by_GDP_(nominal). The changes you made are patently innacurate and constitutes vandalism. I have put the correct info as per the source higlighted in the header.DanJazzy (talk) 21:58, 21 May 2015 (UTC)

Information icon Hello, I'm Yamaguchi先生. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Jollof rice, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hello Jamie, thank you for your recent edits to the Jollof rice article. Momentarily I received a "page not found" for the WHATS4EATS website, and after trying again it managed to load properly. The content you are restoring however is not substantiated by the sources listed, in fact you are restoring "citation needed" templates back from 2013. Might there be an appropriate source you can find for the content you are looking to restore, rather than reintroducing unsourced content? Your help in this matter would be kindly appreciated. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 22:01, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
  • You should stop edit warring. The information you're reverting on how the food is prepared and the popular countries are cited in the first two sources in the article. I just checked both links and they're not broken. Whether the links substantiates on claims is irrelevant. As long as the claims are in the source, then the contribution can stay according to Misplaced Pages's guidelines. Okay I 'd remove the citation template and add the sources, already present in the article.

Yes the link appears to be loading now, however upon further inspection it WHATS4EATS is far from an encyclopedic source. This leaves us with two citations, one from A West African cook book (1971) and another article from PITCH.COM. Will you please show where either of these two sources discuss the origins of Jollof rice? The material you are currently introducing must be supported through verifiable sources. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 22:15, 15 June 2015 (UTC)

  • You seriously do not expect to see procedures of cooking a food on a BBC website, do you? Ofcourse, such information can be found on cook books/websites...that's exactly what WHATS4EATS is, and it is very much appropriate to cite it in this context.--Jamie Tubers (talk) 07:00, 16 June 2015 (UTC)

Edit Summary - moving info around from wikis

Kindly remember to include that you sourced info from other wikis in your edit summary, e.g., https://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Lagos_State&diff=667173613&oldid=666983995 It makes checking copy right violations easier. Thanks. --Lucas559 (talk) 22:11, 20 June 2015 (UTC)

Misclick

Sorry about that. Huggle is dangerously powerful, and the only reason I can think of for having reverted you is an unnoticed finger slip. Thanks for taking it with good humor! FourViolas (talk) 00:26, 29 July 2015 (UTC)

List of Nigerians by net worth

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Misplaced Pages, as you did at List of Nigerians by net worth. Cruks (talk) 01:44, 4 August 2015 (UTC)

It is not the real-time net worth but the 2015 ranking. Stop please your disruptive edits. Cruks (talk) 01:33, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
(talk page stalker) The warning you issued here is inappropriate. The article is entitled, "List of Nigerians by net worth". Any Nigerian Billionaire may be included in the list as long as there are reliable sources to validate the claim. Wikigy 12:50, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
