Jorge Rodriguez is a fair replacement his style is less than adequate to sustain a Neil Rogers audience,he does an amicable job, but not to the level of Mr.Rogers. Rodriguez struggles with confluency which makes him less than believable at times and hard to listen to at most. Neil Rogers is a radio personality in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale media market. Rogers has worked in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale market since March 1 1976, beginning his career at Miami's WKAT after previou with at several smaller stations in the northeast, midwest, and in Florida. Rogers has worked at several stations in the market, including a stint at Miami's WIOD. Currently, Rogers' "The Neil Rogers Show," airs weekdays from 10am-2pm on WQAM. It is consistently the top rated show in the market.

Rogers on-air personality, a schtick that may best be described as caustically comic, has earned him high ratings throughout his career, and he is considered somewhat of a local icon. A typical Rogers' show consists of commentary by Rogers mixed with listener call-ins, interspersed with pre-recorded comedy "bits." Rogers has been described as a shock jock, although he is not so in the classic sense of radio personalities such as Howard Stern.

Neil Rogers is a homosexual who came out over twenty years ago during a radio show.
