She had four releases in 2013, three of them being Malayalam films. She appeared in a de-glam role in the action anthology D Company, in the segment Gangs of Vadakkumnathan, while Nee Ko Njaa Cha, which she called "an out-and-out new-age film", featured her in a modern avatar. In director Shaleel's Dolls, she played a medical student. The fourth release was her debut Kannada film Story Kathe, which earned her an awards at the 3rd South Indian International Movie Awards. Besides, Parvathy worked as a judge in the first modelling based Malayalam reality show Super Models on Amrita Television. She also appeared in a music video, "Ariyathe Ninayathe", by Vineeth Sreenivasan and was included in the Bangalore Times Most Desirable Women of 2013.
After making her Tamil film debut with a cameo role in Nimirndhu Nil (2014), a role she repeated in its Telugu version Janda Pai Kapiraju (2015) too, she landed a role in Kamal Haasan's Uttama Villain. She played a 19-year-old in the film and was paired opposite Ashwin, who played the son of Kamal Haasan's character. She was part of another big budget Tamil film that year, Gautham Menon's action drama Yennai Arindhaal in which she had a small antagonistic role as the wife of Victor (Arun Vijay), the film's main villain. She has signed up the Kannada film, Vasco-da-Gama in which she plays the role of a college girl. Parvathy Nair will also be the female lead in Eros International's maiden Tamil project Enkitta Modhadhe and the romance film Pirai Thaediya Naatkal.
