Archika means ‘Complete Devotion or a deep meditator who whole heartedly submits to the

will of Divinity’. As her spiritual name suggests, along with her imbibing the meaning into her

personality, she encourages East and West to completely delve into the depths of their soul, to

explore the boundaries of their heart and to discover the nature of their mind. Her aim is of

“Spiritually Healthy Living” (Health for all the five bodies: Physical, Pranic, Mental, Intellectual

and Spiritual) and thereby making the soul healthy to completely actualize its divine powers.

She amicably teaches this abstract concept in a very practical and factual manner attracting

seekers around the globe.

The Beginning

Coming from a family of rich values and dedication, Dr. Archika has chosen a path of

meditation, yoga and philanthropy. She is a blessed and extraordinary person as she has

learned meditation and lessons of spirituality from her renowned father, Guru and a Saint of

highest authority, His Holiness Sudhanshuji Maharaj. After completing her studies in dentistry

and realizing the fact that stress is also responsible for some of the dental problems, numerous

health issues, and further observing the unhealthy and stressful lifestyle of people and their

unawareness about the ultimate goal of life, she got inspired to work on this path.

In Mid Life of Today

What makes this meditation master unique is her all-encompassing knowledge in the fields

necessary to make one mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy. Having

thoroughly researched the Science of Inner Transformation, she is a highly accomplished

meditator and scientist who have mastered Human Science, Yogic Science, Food Science,

Alternative Medicines and Dentistry. The degrees of Doctorate in ‘Alternative Medicines’ and

‘Yogic Sciences’ are additional feathers in her cap of exemplary achievements at such a young

age. With love and fresh insights into the timeless wisdom, she offers the ultimate truth in a

simple manner. She rekindles that missing spark- the spark of awareness that makes us catch

hold of the lost chord that brings us closer to ourselves.

She has always been aspired to impart her treasured knowledge to the masses so that they can

enhance their health and spiritual development. In the league of this thought, she developed a

Divine Entity called Dr. Archika Meditation and graced that with transformation tools: Sound

Therapy, Pranic Food, Yogic Kriyas and Scientific Methods. She has further devised various

meditation and relaxation techniques such as Powerful Silence Meditation, Neurobiological

Meditation, Prana Urja Meditation etc. for a modern man to enable him to live in a peaceful

way devoid of any worries or stresses.

So far many International Scientific Meditation Retreats in Dubai, United States, Hong Kong,

Thailand, Singapore, Canada and around 150 meditation sessions across India have been

organized benefiting a number of people. Many diet and nutrition workshops have remained a

constant part of the sessions. She also council’s sadhaks who come looking for answers to their

spiritual quest. She further includes question and answer rounds and short lectures in her

retreats and camps on the topics ranging from Meditation, Spirituality to their effects on

human body and Science, thereby bridging the gap between the two.

modes of actions, and an appropriate representation of situations which is termed as
