Profile

Mark Halsey (born July 8th 1961) is an English football referee in the FA Premier League. He was formerly based in Welwyn Garden City, latterly in Bolton, Lancashire.

Mark started refereeing in 1989 and became a FA Premier League referee after only 10 years in 1999. 1 year later (2000) Mark became a FIFA referee.
