She also plays Jigglypuff in the ] series, but due to the cast change, it is unknown whether or not she will in fact be reprising her role in the Wii sequel, ], or if someone else will take her place as Jigglypuff. Though it's interesting to note that many agree that Rachael's replacement in the anime, ], who now voices Misty and Jessie, sounds virtually identical to Rachael's voice of those characters, so it may be possible that Michele Knotz will play Jigglypuff in Super Smash Bros Brawl, unless the developer chooses to use Rachael's archive recordings for Jigglypuff's voice. | |||

Rachael Lillis is an American actress and voice actress. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 8 1978. She has an extensive résumé of voice work but is most known for her work as Utena in the series Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Rachael Lillis also has many voice roles in the Pokémon series. Her two leading roles are "Musashi" (Jessie), one of the villains in Team Rocket, and "Kasumi" (Misty), Ash Ketchum's "follower". She also plays a few guests, and a variety of Pokémon, including Jigglypuff and Horsea. Misty and Jessie are both very different voices. Lillis has won several voice acting awards for her roles as Utena, and as Misty and Jessie. She is also well known for the voice of Utena Tenjo in Revolutionary Girl Utena.
She has also recorded several audiobooks including Diary of a Fairy Godmother, for which she performed all of the voices for about 25 characters. In addition to her voiceover, theater and film work, Rachael has also sung and played Irish flute for several local Irish bands in New York City.
