Ameer Ahlesunnat Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri is from Karachi, Pakistan.
He is the Emir and founder of the organization Dawat-e-Islami. He is considered to be a very religious man, with well over 5 million Sunni murids. He is a strong sheikh of AhleSunnah. Although he has permission to initiate his murids in four lineages he gives Bai'at, (initiation) in the Qadiri Order (Silsila). He is a strong follower of Imam Ahmed Raza Rehmatullah Alaih of Bariely Sharif, UP, India.
