* {{ping|Kudpung}} Thanks for leaving me a message. I'd like to point out that I'm not ''that'' new to Misplaced Pages, being around here . As for the question, I clearly stated that this one is optional, yet I really am eager to learn the reason for the lack of cross-wiki activity by Jo-Jo, 'cause this is, IMHO, important for an admin (e.g., transwiki vandalism issues). To my knowledge, my question does not violate any rules of enwiki; however, should it do, feel free to remove it. As a sysop, you surely know some ''younger'' native speakers possess a poorer command of English than ''older'' non-native ones, so I'm not really sure why you're emphasizing that point. ] (]) 13:14, 2 July 2016 (UTC)

You can leave me a message here, but I suggest you do it on my talk page in the Russian Misplaced Pages.

ABBA

"Dum Dum Diddle" and "One Man, One Woman" were released as singles in some territories, as well as "Andante, Andante" and "The Piper". Unfortunately, I cannot provide "verifiable" sources on any of these. Also, due to these titles not having their own article page, I was unable to include them in the singles listing in Book:ABBA. Best, --Discographer (talk) 19:22, 3 June 2010 (UTC)

 • not having their own article page — actually, my goal is to collect enough verifiable information to create such pages. :-)
 • As for the sources: info on “Dum Dum Diddle” & “Andante, Andante”, cover of “Dum Dum Diddle / Tiger”, but no data for "One Man, One Woman". Are you speaking about these links, or maybe you happen to have found others? — Best regards, Qweedsa (talk) 12:36, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
This is correct. Some radio stations back in that era had a version of "One Man, One Woman" coinciding with the promo film (music video), though not as a promotional single. Best, --Discographer (talk) 19:18, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
Well, thank you. I'll try to scratch somewhere some more information. Best regards, Qweedsa (talk) 17:02, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

Dum Dum Diddle deletion

I've declined the speedy request: not because the page shouldn't be moved to this title, but because the situation is confusing. Please post a request for help at WP:AN, where you can explain it better than you could with a speedy tag. I seriously doubt that any admin will object to moving the article once it's been more fully explained. Nyttend (talk) 13:26, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

No problem. I'll post the request right now. — Qweedsa (talk) 14:53, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Misplaced Pages:Requests for adminship/Jo-Jo Eumerus

Hi. Thank you for your participation in our en.Wiki RfA system (on most orher Wikipedias, you would not be allwed to vote yet). You are very new here and not a native speaker of English so here is some essential reading to help you: Misplaced Pages:Advice for RfA voters and you may wish to consider if your question for the candidate is apropriate. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me on mt talk page. Happy editing! --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 23:49, 1 July 2016 (UTC)

 • @Kudpung: Thanks for leaving me a message. I'd like to point out that I'm not that new to Misplaced Pages, being around here since 2008. As a sysop, you surely know some younger native speakers possess a poorer command of English than older non-native ones, so I'm not really sure why you're emphasizing that point.
