Sheila Broflovski is the mother of Kyle and Ike (Ike is adopted) in the animated series South Park. Kyle's mom is famous for being a fat bitch.
Protests
Sheila has protested against many things such as Terrance and Phillip and people insulting Nurse Gollum for her Conjoined Twin Myslexia which Sheila ended up having a special week made for it.
Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo
Sheila and her family apparently comprise the entire South Park Jewish community. She was angered that the school play was anti-Jewish in Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo and forced the school play to adapt a non-religious theme, which ultimately provokes a riot and she is seen beating up Priest Maxi, who is being restrained by her husband.
Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina
Sheila pokes her nose into many other people's business and dosen't like her family (or anyone else infact) discriminating others. In Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina she was a hypocrite in telling Kyle that Mr. Garrison's vaginaplasty was okay because it makes him feel how he is on the inside, but then denied Kyle a negroplasty.
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut
In the movie South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut Sheila was one of the main characters when the boys had been "sucked in" by Terrance and Phillip's antics from their film Asses of Fire.
Infact it lead to Kenny copying Terrance lighting his fart on fire killing Kenny. Kenny is famous for dying however. Sheila then created "MAC" or "Mothers Against Canada" (Terrance and Phillip are Canadian. She even installed a V-Chip in Cartman to shock him whenever he swore.
Sheila thought she was acting for the best but it then lead to America-Canada war. Then Satan and Saddham Hussein used this to invade Earth. Satan's armies were fended off by Cartman's malfunctioning V-Chip and Satan killed Saddam who had been irritating Satan for a while after Kenny's spirit (who went to Hell) convinced him to end it. Satan then took Mr. Hat to Hell with him and gave Kenny one wish for helping him. He said he wanted everything back to normal even though it meant he (Kenny) would have to go to Hell. Kyle then said that in the end Cartman's swearing saved everyone. Sheila realised and since then has cut down on her protesting.
Sheila has been in protests like against the Iraq War in I'm a Little Bit Country and various others.
Kyle's Mom is a Stupid Bitch
This is a song sung by Cartman in two episodes, Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo and South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut. The lyrics can be found here.

- Sheila did not tell Kyle that Ike was adopted until Kyle was eight and it was time for Ike's bris.
- Sheila's adopted son Ike is perceived as a genius, due to his TV viewing and reading powess and for having started kindergarten a year early (as noted on Trapper Keeper).
- Sheila is named for Sheila Stone, the mother of Matt Stone. The family name "Broflovski" is derrived from Broslovski, Sheila Stone's original maiden name (changed to "Belasco" when an ancestor immigrated to the United States).
